Need bees?

I am coordinating a Humboldt County Beekeeper Association Club Bee order from Olivarez Honey Bee (OHB).  I talked to the sales people and they would give us a 10% individual bee order discount.  They would generate a discount code coupon to be placed with the member’s online order.  OHB needs to know before generating this discount code coupon how many orders prior they will receive from our club members.  This enables them to set up a set number of codes/coupons.  (25 orders=25 coupons…30 orders=30 coupons… etc.).  They will track these orders and consolidate all of the them in one location for easy pickup.

I need the amount of people who will be ordering so I can contact the sales representative. She will then give me the discount code coupon number and I will pass this information on to our members.  They will happily add this magic money saving code/number to their online order with your payment. DEADLINE: TO SUBMIT ORDER INFORMATION TO ME IS MARCH 16, 2026.

I will pick up the bee orders on the morning of Saturday, April 11, 2026, at 8am.  They will come from the Chico area and be driven to the coast. They will be disbursed at a location to be determine around noon time depending on traffic.

This order sheet is subject to change as of 1-13-2026, due to weather conditions and pollination timing on packagers end!

Pick-up Day: estimated April 10-12th, 2026

Pick up will be in Arcata on pick up day(4-10-2026 subject to change plus or minus 1week), Eureka and Mckinvilive drop off will need to be scheduled upon request.
