How to become a member of the Humboldt County Beekeepers Association…
Membership is granted when you attend a general meeting of the HCBA. The meetings are held the first Thursday of each month. A donation of $2.00 is requested at each meeting. There is no annual membership fee.
Attendance at the monthly meetings recognizes you as a voting member of the Association. As a non-profit 501c3 organization, the Board of Directors holds an election of officers and executive board members annually at every November General Meeting. To participate in the election, you must be present.

Anyone, member or not, is welcome to attend the monthly Board Meetings. If you would like to present an issue, or just to observe. There are committee activities throughout the year and your participation is welcome!
